0At the time, Germany was planning to invade the Soviet Union, and of course the intelligence service was meticulous. It had confirmed that the Soviet Union had more than 300 divisions. The German high command, convinced that the 300 divisions could be taken care of, was pleased to send troops. Unexpectedly, at that time, the Soviet army adopted the strategy of "One, One, Two". That is to say, each division was equipped with two sets of troops: for example, each division had a division commander, a political commissar, and a chief of staff; at the same time, each division had a deputy division commander, a general deputy commissar, and a general deputy chief of staff; the same applied to brigades, regiments, battalions, and companies. As a result, people usually only knew that there were 300 divisions; once the war broke out, those 300 divisions could be duplicated into 600 divisions within 24 hours. That is 300 1st class divisions in the main line; 300 2nd class divisions in the reserve line. The cadres were ready, they could just directly promote the Deputy Chief to the position of head officer of the new division. The weapons were also ready, because the retired weapons of the Soviet Union had always been kept, it would be fine if they were taken out at this time.

Although the weapons of the second rank divisions were lacking, the quality of the troops was not high either. But in that critical moment of the war for the defense of the nation, it was of considerable use. One had to know that there were 300 divisions! Germany did not anticipate this, and finally made an important step towards failure!

I liked to read history books, especially military history books. I admired this move of the Soviet Union, and at that time I let Ye Shuzhen try to develop a "one, two", or even "one, two" pattern among the supermarket cadres.

However, it seems that my recent fortuitous work will be of great use today.

With suppliers, with brand influence, and now with people, I've always thought of it as artificial, and I've always insisted that people have absolute influence in all activities. Thinking about it, I only need to find enough properties for the next step!

Seeing my resolute expression, Ye Shuzhen smiled again. He took a pen from the table and began to discuss with me over a drawing on a piece of paper. My mind was now completely open, and as I thought about it, I explained my plan. The first step, of course, was still to open a shop in Jingchu, since this was after all the provincial capital, but as things stood now, the pace of expansion in the provincial capital could be slowed down a little, because I decided that the market for the looting of the surrounding cities was more important, or perhaps more urgent, and that this was my second step. In my opinion, the first cities to open up are the three cities that are closest to Jing Chu: Jing Kou, Jing Shan, and Jing Zhen. After them came Jingmen, Jingshan, Jingmei and other cities. I don't know why, but I thought I was going to do it. As for the reason, I can't say why. The third step was to determine the size of the shops.

Although I am not as professional as Ye Shuzhen in this respect, I still make my suggestion as a person of appearance: I insist that I must walk the route of the "big shop" that opened in Jingchu, the provincial capital, if I am to open a shop in any city.

As we all know, Zhang Yun's Fresh Food Supermarket only has five stores in Jing Chu, but three stores have an area of more than 30 thousand square meters. This is what I insist on about the concept of a big store. Although I have no relevant experience, this insistence of mine is definitely correct. Because according to our current surveillance data, my stores are at least "one-to-three" for other supermarkets, and sometimes "one-to-five" and "one-to-eight" for one. In fact, my new and emerging local supermarket, against a giant like Wal-Mart, it was a draw. As an example, my Zhang Yun raw fresh supermarket Jingchulong River Shop, its diagonally opposite 200 meters away is the Wal-Mart Jingchulong River Road Shop. The two stores had similar business acreage, both being around 30 thousand square meters, and the competition had always been intense. I think the reason why my shop is still alive and well, and even once has the upper hand, is because I opened a big store!

This kind of concept is also the reason why although I only opened five stores in Jingchu City, it occupies half of the land! I think, this kind of "big shop effect" not only has effect in the province, in the local market effect should be better!

At this point, I found that I could not say anything more. On the other hand, Ye Shuzhen was very smart. She believed that if she opened a shop in the city, she could follow the model of a regional core store. In other words, every time a store opened in a local city, at least one store over 30 thousand square meters was opened as a flagship store, which also meant the core store of the city, also known as the secondary development center. Then, around this sub-development center, develop other shops.

At this point, I finally understand. According to Ye Shuzhen's plan, Zhang Yunsheng Supermarket's headquarter is where we are now, which is the core of the development center of the chain. He was responsible only for the sub-development centres in the various municipalities. As for the secondary development centers of the various cities, they were responsible for the other shops in the city!

This was obviously not in line with my original train of thought. What I meant was that the general store should be run to every branch, even if it's a community store that's going to be opened in the future. But now, listening to Ye Shuzhen's explanation, I immediately realized that her opinion had at least two advantages: one was that the various sub-centres were more familiar with the local realities and were more conducive to their expansion; the other was that the people at our headquarters were able to concentrate on the development of large stores without being too concerned about the store, which in turn corresponded to my "big store effect" train of thought.

Thinking of this, I immediately nodded my head.

So it was that we finally reached an agreement, and finally it was agreed that tomorrow morning the two of us would drive out to some of the local markets, get to know the market, and look at the property in the local markets. After finalizing the overall plan, I called Romel and asked her to take care of the store for a few days. I also called Aitin and asked her to be in charge of the road repair. The two girls agreed!

The next morning, Ye Shuzhen and I drove straight to Jingkou City. In the following half a month, we traveled through the six cities closest to Jing Chu, and obtained the first piece of information; moreover, we also had a preliminary search for a batch of properties. Ye Shuzhen was obviously very happy to see her usual good results and imagine how it would look like when a fresh supermarket blossomed in these cities. Of course I'm happy, because it's one of my businesses after all. At the moment, however, I was more upset. It was because he slept every night!

It's not that there's a problem with the place to sleep." I've slept in some of the worst places, and I don't really care about this place. Besides, now that we're rich, we have to stay in a hotel or something. The real question is, in the room where I sleep, how can I, a man of blood, sleep with a woman with only a nightgown and half her thighs?
