The Clans' Summit
"Elder, I'm alright....no need to shout." Kentaro struggled to put that one sentence together. He felt dizzy, he had never felt like that in the past.
"While you were sleeping, we created a large stone hall outside of the village. The numerous clans have already gathered and are waiting for you." Kentaro had not expected this.
Kentaro made a bun with his hair and left the building with the Elder. The village was quiet today, surely because of the summit.
Not far from the training area, a large stone hall was created. Hundreds of shinobi were gathered around it, they each had different kimonos.
Kentaro huriedy entered inside, the noise and the chattering immediately stopped. The clan leader's who were sitting at the large stone table all looked at Kentaro.
They knew who he was and how powerful he was, but still, they didn't care. They were visibly irritated from the long wait.
"Welcome! I had a little inconvenience, now that I am here, let the summit begin." Kentaro walked to the end of the table and sat down.
Every clan leader who was sitting had a bodyguard behind them, Kentaro had none.
"We have heard of your clan uniting with the Kamizuru clan. Is it true Lord Kentaro?" a middle-aged man asked.
"With all due respect, may I know which clan you represent." the middle-aged man didn't appreciate what he heard.
"I am Azuno Kedoin, head of the Kedoin clan." Kentaro knew that he fucked up, he looked for them in the land of wind, but they were here the whole time.
"Lord Azuno, it is my honor to finally meet you. I have searched for your clan for a long time now. To answer your question, yes, we have united."
The clan leaders had finally heard the confirmation from Kentaro's own mouth.
"You have looked for my clan? What do you mean?" this picked Azuno's curiosity.
"With your flawless face copying jutsu, your clan can be of great help for the future of the alliance in many ways. Espionage, sabotage and police force." Azuno was feeling honored that his clan got so much recognition from Kentaro.
"If you think so highly of our capabilities, I don't see why we won't accept to integrate the alliance." the Kedoin clan was not the strongest, integrating the alliance would give them allies.
"I am happy to hear that, I ask everyone of you to listen attentively! We must unite, everyone of you must cooperate together."
"Tch! Do you think that we will suddenly become friends with our life long enemies. Lord Kentaro, this is not a kids game, this is real life!" one of the clan leaders exclaimed.
"Absolutely! Why would we want to unite? For centuries we have fought and we will continue to do it!"
Azuno stood up and madly looked at the ones who were against the idea of uniting.
"You little shits! Lord Kentaro is wise and mighty, the Kedoin clan understood this immediately. Do you want your sons to die when they are only ten or do you want this bloody period to finally end!?"
The hall turned noisy, the clan leaders who were against Kentaro's idea said it clearly for everyone to hear.
As for the ones who liked the idea, they began arguing with the ones who were against it. If Kentaro didn't calm the situation, it would turn into a bloodbath.
With one slap on the large stone table, the whole room turned heavy. The clan leaders immediately stopped arguing and tried to resist the weight that was on them.
"Enough! We did not gather to fight like uncivilized people, we gathered to discuss about the future of the land!" Kentaro had augmented the gravity on every one of them.
"The children have suffered enough, the numbers of widows are only increasing by the second. Don't you find it sad to see the people of our land killing each other? Join my cause, we shall strengthen ourselves and create one large shinobi village." Kentaro stopped using his gravity jutsu.
The heavieness in the air disappeared, the clan leaders looked at Kentaro in fear. They had never heard of this kind of jutsu.
"Lord Kentaro, the Haru clan will join your cause. We have suffered enough!"
"Lord Kentaro, the Sara clan will join you too. It is time to put an end to this warring period."
"As sons of earth, we must unite our strengths and become one. Lord Kentaro, the Ichika clan stands behind you."
Kentaro was surprised to see that the Ichika clan was willing to cooperate. They were a very influential clan and did not easily form alliances with others
Seeing the Ichika clan join Kentaro's cause, many clans were now really thinking about doing the same.
"This is madness! The Chimon clan will retract itself. You guys should not waste your time with this imbecile, follow me out."
The head of the Chimon clan stood up and left the hall, seeing this, many followed. In the room, only the Kamizuru, the Ichika, the Sara and the Haru clan were still present.
"Will you go after them, big bro?" Mū, who was behind Daitan asked with great anticipation. He wanted to see Kentaro fight, he loved to see the sight of the powerful jutsu he used.
"I will, but before I go, I must thank all of you. Thank you for believing in me, I shall not disappoint you. When I'm done with them, we shall go and pay a visit to feudal lord Ozushi."
"When you are done with them? What do you mean, Lord Kentaro?" the head of the Ichika clan asked.
"I will go and annihilate them all! I shall end them before they get in between of what I am trying to achieve." Kentaro left the hall, Mū followed behind him.
Outside of the hall, the number of Shinobi that were present dwindled. Mū sensed the chakra of the ones who left and the two of them flew towards it.
"They must all die, they are sheep who can't decide for themselves. Clans like this we do not need in the Hidden Stone."
Kentaro flew above the hundreds of Shinobi and their respective clan leaders, it was time to kill them all.
